Over het werk In deze afwisselende parttime functie als administratief medewerker werk je op het snijvlak van administratie en klantcontact. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig verwerken en controleren van administratieve gegevens, het bijhouden van dossiers en het correct beheren en archiveren van documenten. Daarnaast heb je contact met klanten via telefoon en e-mail, beantwoord je vragen en denk je actief mee over passende oplossingen. Je ondersteunt collega's waar nodig, helpt werkprocessen verbeteren en signaleert knelpunten in de administratie. Door jouw inzet worden processen efficiënter en blijft de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening gewaarborgd. Je werkt met verschillende systemen en schakelt moeiteloos tussen uiteenlopende taken. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer beantwoord je klantvragen, de andere keer richt je je op administratieve verwerking. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak, oog voor detail en klantgerichte houding draag je - ook parttime - bij aan een soepel draaiende organisatie.
