Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Verwerken en controleren van gewerkte uren in het systeem - Voorbereiden van facturatie en inboeken van facturen - Uitvoeren van debiteurenbeheer - Verwerken van de dagelijkse planning - Invoeren en bijhouden van personeelsgegevens - Archiveren en controleren van documenten - Opstellen, versturen en controleren van overeenkomsten - Beantwoorden van inkomende e-mails en urencorrecties - Signaleren van verbeterpunten binnen de administratieve processen - Algemene ondersteuning bij dagelijks administratief werk Zie jij jezelf in deze rol en wil je samen met een enthousiast team zorgen voor een vlekkeloze administratie?
