De functie inhoud Als administratief medewerker zorg je voor een vlotte administratieve ondersteuning op verschillende vlakken. Je taken omvatten onder meer:

  • Het efficiënt beheren en administratief afhandelen van inkomende facturen.
  • Het controleren van bestelbonnen en aankoopfacturen en zorgen voor een grondige voorbereiding.
  • Actieve betrokkenheid bij de implementatie en het gebruik van het ERP-systeem binnen de facturatie.
  • Je werkt intern samen met andere diensten om facturen voor lopende projecten op te stellen en te verwerken.
  • Ondersteunen van aanbestedingsprocedures en waar nodig bijdragen aan verbeteringen. Hier nog geen inzicht van? Geen enkel probleem, ze bieden je een opleiding aan.
