Als administratief medewerker binnen het bouwkundig labo speel je een cruciale rol in de dagelijkse werking. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de facturatie en ondersteunt daarnaast bij de administratieve opvolging van staalnames en bouwkundige analyses. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en organisatietalent zorg je dat alles vlot, correct en tijdig verloopt.

Je plant staalnames in, volgt dossiers op, verwerkt gegevens in de bedrijfseigen software en communiceert met collega’s en klanten. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen cijfers, communicatie en administratieve opvolging.

  • Opstellen en verwerken van facturen voor verschillende afdelingen.
  • Inplannen en opvolgen van staalnames in het systeem.
  • Inschrijving en administratieve verwerking van bouwkundige stalen.
  • Uploaden van rapporten en beheren van mailboxen.
  • Fungeren als back-up voor collega’s bij registratie en rapportering.

Hier is uitbreiding van het takenpakket mogelijk (bijvoorbeeld creditnota's, ...).

  • Je hebt een professionele bachelor.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een administratieve achtergrond of relevante ervaring.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en oog voor detail mogen niet ontbreken.
  • Zowel telefonisch als via mail heb jij sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een zelfstandige werkhouding en kan vlot omgaan met Office-toepassingen.
  • Technische affiniteit of voeling met de bouwsector is een troef, maar geen vereiste (grondige opleiding wordt voorzien).
