Als Administratief Medewerker zorg je ervoor dat alle administratie rond technische werkzaamheden en logistieke processen correct en tijdig verwerkt wordt. Je komt terecht in een internationale organisatie met een familiale werksfeer in de ruime regio Antwerpen.

De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Administratief Medewerker:

  • Verwerken van administratieve documenten zoals jobkaarten en werkorders.
  • Na een grondige inwerkperiode zelfstandig dossiers van A tot Z beheren.
  • De actuele status van containers nauwkeurig opvolgen en bijwerken.
  • Foto's, documenten en goedkeuringen correct verwerken in het interne softwaresysteem.
  • Klanten telefonisch en via e-mail te woord staan en hun vragen verder opvolgen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige administratieve verwerking van technische werkzaamheden.
  • Administratieve gegevens up-to-date houden en erop toezien dat dossiers volledig zijn.
  • Nauw samenwerken met techniekers en collega's om een vlotte dossieropvolging te garanderen.

Wie jij bent als Administratief Medewerker:

  • Een eerste administratieve ervaring binnen een logistieke, technische of productieomgeving.
  • Kennis van de specifieke sector is niet noodzakelijk dankzij een uitgebreide opleiding op de werkvloer.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office en vlot in het werken met verschillende administratieve systemen.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd met aandacht voor een correcte dossieropvolging.
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail.
  • Vlotte mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband comfortabel in het uitvoeren van je werkzaamheden.
