Word parttime administratief medewerker in Utrecht! Ga vanaf oktober parttime aan de slag als administratief medewerker bij een vereniging in Utrecht en verdien goed! Wat ga je doen? In deze rol als administratief medewerker in Utrecht werk je goed samen met een vaste collega op de afdeling. Naast de dagelijkse ondersteuning en het bijhouden van de administratie, geldt deze functie als een volwaardige vervanging bij haar afwezigheid. Een verantwoordelijke én afwisselende functie voor 16 uur per week. De belangrijkste taken: - Verwerken van de dagelijkse administratie, bewaken van de planning en het organiseren van bijeenkomsten; - Beheren van de agenda's en het afhandelen van het berichtenverkeer in de centrale mailbox; - Onderhouden van het contact met verschillende besturen; - Snel thuisraken in nieuwe software en computersystemen. Je begint in de week van 12 oktober , inclusief een inwerktraject van drie weken om de organisatie en de systemen te leren kennen. - Tot 7 november: Werkdagen op donderdag en vrijdag . - Vanaf 7 november: Vaste werkdagen op woensdag en vrijdag (16 uur per week) Wie ben jij? Je weet wat er komt kijken bij secretarieel werk en voelt je makkelijk thuis in een ondersteunende rol. Contact met verschillende mensen gaat je goed af en je weet hoe je professioneel met een bestuur communiceert. Daarnaast ben je handig met digitale systemen, pak je werkzaamheden zelfstandig op en weet je ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren.
