Als administratief medewerker bij ons bedrijf zul je een belangrijke rol spelen bij het ondersteunen van onze technische projecten. Je zult de administratieve taken van onze projectmanagers overnemen, zodat zij zich kunnen richten op het leveren van hoogwaardige technische oplossingen. Functieomschrijving: - Het ondersteunen van projectmanagers bij hun dagelijkse administratieve taken, zoals het opstellen van offertes en facturen, het opvolgen van betalingen en het bijhouden van projectbudgetten. - Het coördineren van de documentenstroom tussen de verschillende partijen bij een project, zoals opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Het verzorgen van correspondentie en communicatie met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen. - Het bijhouden en archiveren van projectdocumentatie en het opstellen van rapportages en overzichten. - Het ondersteunen van de projectadministratie, zoals het bijhouden van projecturen, het verzorgen van werkbonnen en het verwerken van inkooporders. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - MBO+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een opleiding in de administratieve richting. - Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in de civiele techniek. - Kennis van Microsoft Office, zoals Word, Excel en Outlook. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Accuraat, stressbestendig en in staat om snel te schakelen tussen verschillende taken en projecten. - Teamspeler, maar ook in staat om zelfstandig te werken en initiatief te tonen.
