Een mooie mijlpaal, maar bij de Baar kijken we vooral vooruit. Vanuit Wemeldinge verzorgen we met een modern wagenpark van ongeveer 30 touringcars groepsvervoer voor bedrijven, scholen, cruiseschepen en touroperators. We zijn een nuchter en ondernemend bedrijf waar veel gebeurt en waar we blijven ontwikkelen. Op kantoor werken we met een klein team en zijn de lijnen kort. We schakelen snel, werken veel met elkaar samen en helpen elkaar wanneer dat nodig is. Wat ga je doen? Je krijgt bij ons een breed administratief takenpakket. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - openstaande facturen bewaken en opvolgen; - betalingen verwerken en controleren; - gewerkte uren registreren en controleren; - ziekmeldingen en andere personeelsmutaties administratief verwerken; - personeels- en opleidingsadministratie bijhouden; - ondersteunen bij het factureren van uitgevoerde ritten; - andere administratieve en praktische werkzaamheden binnen ons bedrijf oppakken. Daarbij vinden we het belangrijk dat je niet alleen verwerkt wat er voor je ligt. Zie je dat een betaling nog openstaat, gegevens ontbreken of iets geregeld moet worden?
