Administratief medewerker bij zorgbedrijf in Dordrecht (32 - 40 uur) Administratie doen én klanten helpen bij een leverancier van zorg- en revalidatiehulpmiddelen in Dordrecht? Werk 32 tot 40 uur per week. Wat ga je doen? Zoek je een baan waarin je bellen afwisselt met administratie? Bij een bedrijf in Dordrecht dat zorg- en revalidatiehulpmiddelen levert, zoeken we een administratief medewerker voor de afdeling klantcontact. Jouw werkdag is lekker afwisselend. Aan de ene kant bel je met klanten over hun bestellingen van hulpmiddelen, zoals rolstoelen, bedden of scootmobielen. Je laat ze weten wanneer hun order aankomt en beantwoordt hun vragen. Aan de andere kant zit je achter de computer om gegevens in te voeren, orders te verwerken en de planners te ondersteunen als het druk is. De baan is voor 32 tot 40 uur per week . Je start op 1 december 2026 (eerder kan in overleg ook) en de klus loopt sowieso tot 1 mei 2027 . Als het van beide kanten bevalt, is er kans dat je langer kunt blijven. Wie ben jij? Je praat makkelijk, werkt nauwkeurig met data en snapt hoe computersystemen werken. Je bent per 1 december (of eerder) beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week en woont in de buurt van Dordrecht. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris van € 15,00 tot € 17,00 bruto per uur; - Werk tijdelijk met wellicht kan op verlening; - Werken in een gezellig team; - Mogelijkheid om veel te leren en nieuwe dingen op te pakken; - Een functie met belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden. Wat wij vragen - Minimaal mbo4 werk- en denkniveau; - Beschikbaar voor 32 - 40 uur per week; - Leert snel en pakt nieuwe dingen moeiteloos op; - Ervaring met administratief werk is een plus.
