Wie ben jij Als administratief medewerker ben je een enthousiaste teamspeler die nauwkeurig werkt. Je bent handig met computersystemen en leert snel nieuwe dingen. Met jouw goede schriftelijke communicatie weet je klanten altijd helder en vriendelijk te antwoorden.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in de volgende punten:

- Je hebt minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt ervaring met administratief werk; - Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht; - Je bent bereid om (op onze kosten) certificaten zoals Wft-basis te behalen; - Je bent minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar vanaf 12 oktober 2026.

Wat ga je doen Als administratief medewerker bij Movir zorg je ervoor dat administratieve vragen van klanten en tussenpersonen snel en goed worden opgelost. Je verwerkt verzoeken via e-mail en MijnMovir, bewaakt de voortgang en denkt mee over hoe we onze processen nog slimmer kunnen inrichten. Die doe je niet alleen, maar in nauwe samenwerking met je eigen team en afdelingen zoals re-integratie en accountmanagement.
