Dan is dit wellicht jouw nieuwe functie bij Nationale Nederlanden in Zwolle Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als administratief medewerker Als administratief medewerker probeer je een schade, die de zakelijke klant via diverse kanalen heeft gemeld, zo goed, snel en efficiënt mogelijk af te wikkelen. Je zoekt naar een oplossing om de klant echt verder te helpen. Je maakt hierbij gebruik van de polisvoorwaarden om de schade op de beste manier af te wikkelen. Naast het behandelen van minder complexe schadeclaims, doe je ook de coördinatie van de ingediende schadeclaims. Je monitort op een juiste en tijdige afhandeling en terugkoppeling richting de klant en eventueel de tussenpersoon, binnen de geldende wettelijke kaders, beleid en richtlijnen. De taken die je verricht zijn onder andere het beoordelen en afwikkelen van ingediende claims, fraudecontrole en het samenwerken met interne en externe partijen. Het team en de werkomgeving Je komt te werken in een team van in totaal 17 collega's die elkaar met raad en daad helpen om de klant steeds beter te kunnen helpen. Binnen de afdeling werkt iedereen multi branche of product. Als teamspeler waarbij feedback geven en kwetsbaar opstellen op jouw lijf geschreven is, zul je je snel thuis voelen. Er is veel ruimte om je persoonlijk te ontwikkelen samen met je collega's. Schaden worden via diverse kanalen gemeld.
