Solliciteer vandaag nog en versterk ons team! Jouw uitdaging als Administratief Medewerker Samen met het team zorg je dat alle processen soepel verlopen. Ook jij bent de onmisbare schakel. Achter de schermen zorg je dat alles op rolletjes loopt, zodat onze monteurs, contractbeheerder en werkvoorbereider hun werk optimaal kunnen uitvoeren. Je regelt de bestellingen van materialen en houd je overzicht over de planning van monteurs. Je belangrijkste taken: - Bewaken van afspraken van leveranciers en onderaannemers - Klantvragen beantwoorden en als het nodig is doorzetten naar de juiste collega's - Contact onderhouden met interne en externe relaties - Maken van rapportages en ondersteunen bij facturatie De propositie laadinfrastructuur is groeiend en daardoor volop in ontwikkeling. Het gaat veel verder dan alleen het plaatsen en beheren van de laadpaal, dit als onderdeel van de energietransitie. Bij ons maak je het verschil in dienstverlening voor de klant. Wat biedt Unica jou?
