Administratief medewerker - 24 - 40 uur per week - Niet van toepassing - Werken in Hapert - Geen administratieve ervaring benodigd - 24-40 uur - CAO Metaal & Techniek Dit ga je doen Jij houdt het overzicht, terwijl om je heen de productie lekker doordraait. Als Administratief Medewerker bij LOA Janssen in Hapert zorg je ervoor dat orders, klantvragen, administratie en interne afspraken netjes samenkomen. Je zit op een plek waar veel lijnen bij elkaar komen. Je hebt contact met klanten en leveranciers, verwerkt orders, houdt levertijden en voorraden in de gaten en ondersteunt collega's van onder andere planning en verkoop. Ondertussen komt er een mail binnen, rinkelt de telefoon en heeft een collega een vraag over een order. Geen dag waarop je alleen maar hetzelfde riedeltje afwerkt dus. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Contact met klanten en leveranciers onderhouden; - Orders verwerken en voorraad beheren; - Productie- en levertijden bewaken; - Urenstaten en loonadministratie ondersteunen; - Werkprocessen optimaliseren en automatiseren; - Directie en afdelingen Planning en Verkoop ondersteunen; - Factureren en het bijhouden en aannemen van de mail en telefoon. Heb je de werkzaamheden eenmaal goed in de vingers en wil je meer verantwoordelijkheid? Dan krijg je de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en steeds meer zaken zelfstandig op te pakken. Dit ben jij Of je nu net begint aan je loopbaan of al wat administratieve ervaring hebt opgedaan; bij LOA Janssen krijg je de ruimte om deze functie naar je toe te trekken. Je hoeft dus geen volle rugzak aan ervaring mee te brengen. Belangrijker is dat je nauwkeurig werkt, graag overzicht houdt en het leuk vindt om verschillende dingen op een dag op te pakken.
