Werk 24 tot 40 uur per week en verdien tot € 16 bruto per uur! Wat ga je doen? Houd jij van een opgeruimd systeem en werk je graag met data? Jouw belangrijkste taak a ls parttime administratief medewerker is het verwerken en invoeren van alle binnengekomen bonnen van de serviceafdeling en afgeleverde producten. Je houdt je minder bezig met de telefoon, maar een focus op nauwkeurige data-entry! Naast het invoerwerk ben jij ook bezig met het uitzoeken van knelpunten: wanneer een levering vertraagd is, zoek jij uit wat de oorzaak is en hang je hier de juiste administratieve code aan. Om te zorgen dat de klant altijd perfect op de hoogte is, pleeg je preventieve telefoontjes met updates. Je hoeft dus niet de hele dag doorlopend vragen op te vangen, maar belt puur om service te verlenen. Wat worden jouw taken? - Invoeren en registreren van logistieke bonnen en productafleveringen; - Analyseren van vertragingen en het administratief verwerken van de juiste codes; - Zorgen voor een strakke administratieve afhandeling voor de serviceafdeling; - Het proactief telefonisch informeren van klanten over hun orderstatus. Wie ben jij? Jij bent iemand die gefocust te werk gaat en oog heeft voor detail. Je komt terecht in een leuk team waarmee jij dit samen gaat uitvoeren.
