Administratief medewerker Getru | Bleiswijk | 010-4401400 Getru | Bleiswijk | 010 440 14 00 Bleiswijk Fulltime 40 uur Mbo 06-01-2026 Financieel / Administratief Functie WERKZAAMHEDEN Onze vrachtwagens rijden door West-Europa en laden en lossen daarbij onder andere containers en pallets waarop statiegeld zit. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het registreren, beheren en monitoren van documenten en emballage/fust stromen. Hierbij kan gedacht worden aan lege bakken, kratten, pallets etc. en de daarbij behorende saldi. Dit doe je in een team van 5 collega's waarvan een het hoofd fustadministratie is. Je stemt de saldo's van het fust af met onze klanten en ondersteunt de overboekingen bij veilingen bij afwezigheid van het hoofd fustadministratie. Je organiseert de controle van fustvoorraden en hebt afstemming met de afdeling planning bij het ophalen van het fust. Wij vragen WAT WIJ VRAGEN . - Ervaring in de transportbranche is een pre; - Ervaring als administratief medewerker; - Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig, overzichtelijk en planmatig kunnen werken; - Goede mondelinge, communicatieve vaardigheden; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Leergierig en bent bekend met softwareprogramma's; - Collegiaal; - MBO niveau.
