Voor de versterking van onze administratieve afdeling zoeken wij een enthousiaste collega voor een voltijdse betrekking.

In de wereld van het vastgoed is Deels bv een nog steeds groeiende en innoverende onderneming, gespecialiseerd in het beheer van onroerende goederen.

Als administratief medewerker sta je in voor de ondersteuning van de klanten zowel op kantoor, via telefoon, via online chat als via mail. Het opstarten en het opvolgen van administratieve dossiers, evenals het verwerken van facturen behoren tot uw dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden. Ook de administratieve ondersteuning van de vastgoed beheerders behoort tot uw takenpakket.

Je bent punctueel en werkt nauwkeurig

Je functioneert zelfstandig maar werken in teamverband vormt geen probleem

Je hebt kennis van meervoudig boekhouden

Je beschikt over een flinke dosis gezond verstand

Je kan prioriteiten stellen en acties plannen

Je kan de nodige acties ondernemen zonder richtlijnen en je kunt spontaan oplossingen voorstellen

Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen en je neemt een diplomatische houding aan tegenover de klanten.

Je bent beleefd tegen en beschikbaar voor de klanten

Je bent neemt je verantwoordelijkheid bij fouten en hersteld deze op gepaste wijze

Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office

Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands

Je weet waar je ontbrekende gegevens kan bekomen, vraagt deze op gepaste wijze op en vult dossiers verder aan
