Administratief Medewerker (M/V) - 8 uur per week Voor één van onze werkmaatschappijen zoeken wij op korte termijn een administratief medewerker voor circa 8 uur per week. De uren mogen flexibel worden ingevuld, bijvoorbeeld 2 dagdelen van 4 uur. Standplaats: Kampen Werkzaamheden · Inboeken en verwerken van inkoopfacturen · Ondersteunen bij de financiële administratie · Verwerken van administratieve mutaties · Archiveren en beheren van administratieve documenten · Ondersteuning bij debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie · Overige voorkomende administratieve werkzaamheden Wij vragen · Ervaring met administratieve werkzaamheden · Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkwijze · Zelfstandig kunnen werken · Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal · Ervaring met Dynamics AX en Readsoft is een pré Wij bieden · Een flexibele parttime functie van circa 8 uur per week · Mogelijkheid om de uren over meerdere dagen te verdelen · Informele werkomgeving binnen een technisch bedrijf · Start op korte termijn gewenst Opmerking: Het betreft in eerste instantie ondersteuning vanwege weggevallen administratieve capaciteit.
