The posting

Voor een dynamische onderneming zijn we op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker (m/v/x) ter versterking van een team van vijf collega's.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar klantencontact, administratie en logistieke opvolging dagelijks samenkomen.

Het gaat om een voltijdse opdracht tot eind dit jaar, regio Roeselare, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging afhankelijk van de verdere noden binnen de organisatie. Een snelle opstart is gewenst.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Administratief Medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, chauffeurs en het interne team. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Telefonisch contact onderhouden met klanten en hun vragen op een professionele manier behandelen;
  • Bestellingen van klanten correct ingeven en opvolgen in het ERP-systeem;
  • Klanten telefonisch contacteren aan de hand van bellijsten en hun bestellingen of noden opvolgen;
  • Instaan voor de administratieve voorbereiding van leveringen;
  • Documenten en transportpapieren voorbereiden voor de chauffeurs;
  • Nauw samenwerken met chauffeurs en hen voorzien van de nodige documenten;
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan de collega's binnen het team;
  • Mee zorgen voor een vlotte opvolging van de dagelijkse planning en klantenservice.

Je hebt hierbij regelmatig contact met klanten, chauffeurs en verschillende interne collega's. Communicatie en een goede opvolging zijn dan ook essentieel.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen een administratieve, customer service- of logistieke functie;
  • Een bachelor is zeker geen vereiste; we zoeken vooral iemand met een goed denkniveau;
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel en bent niet bang om regelmatig de telefoon op te nemen;
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans;
  • Je bent klantgericht en weet op een correcte manier met verschillende gesprekspartners om te gaan;
  • Je bent administratief sterk, nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht;
  • Je beschikt over de nodige maturiteit en flexibiliteit om met verschillende situaties om te gaan;
  • Je bent stressbestendig en laat je niet snel uit het lood slaan;
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
