Als administratief medewerker ben jij de spin in het web achter de schermen. Jij zorgt dat alles administratief op rolletjes loopt, van facturen tot personeelsadministratie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen. - Controleren en boeken van betalingen en kasadministratie. - Opstellen en bijhouden van offertes, reserveringen en contracten. - Beheren van de algemene mailbox en telefoon. - Ondersteunen bij personeelsadministratie (urenregistratie, contracten). - Communicatie met leveranciers en klanten over facturen of betalingen. - Bijhouden van administratieve documenten. - En tijdens drukke periodes spring je - als dat nodig is - bij in de planning of ontvangst. Wat breng jij mee? - MBO+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting administratie of boekhouding. - Ervaring met administratieve werkzaamheden. - Kennis van Exact Online is een pré. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en bent betrouwbaar. - Je bent communicatief vaardig en servicegericht - jij houdt overzicht, ook als het druk is.
