Voor onze functie ben je ca. 20-25u per week beschikbaar. In overleg zijn meer/ minder uren ook mogelijk. Werktijden bespreekbaar. We bieden je daarnaast de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar de rol van Officemanager of deze direct op je te nemen. Een bredere functie waarin je meerdere backoffice-taken zoals bijv. inkoop/ verkoop, HRM, planning, etc. op je kunt gaan nemen. Je werkzaamheden bij ons: Verzorgen van de facturatie m.b.t. het uitgevoerde werk Je bent ons vaste aanspreekpunt voor alles op het gebied van administratieve werkzaamheden Je controleert en verwerkt inkoopfacturen en werkuren Bijhouden abonnementsadministratie -en facturatie Algemene (administratieve) ondersteuning voor je collega's Dit krijg je van ons: Flexibele deeltijdfunctie Diversiteit aan werk en klantengroepen Veel vrijheid en doorgroeimogelijkheden Als nodig: goede thuiswerkplek, internet van de zaak Gezellige werkomgeving, we houden van een lolletje op z'n tijd Prettige arbeidsvoorwaarden waaronder een fijn salaris met extra's Amerikalaan 5 3771 MC Barneveld Bel of mail
