Als Administratief medewerker ondersteun je ons team van syndici in de dagelijkse werking van ons kantoor in Leuven. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor mede-eigenaars, bewoners, leveranciers en collega’s. Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct opgevolgd worden, praktische vragen snel hun weg vinden en de administratieve werking vlot blijft draaien. Bij De Syndicus sta je er bovendien nooit alleen voor. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren syndici, dossierbeheerders en collega’s die je begeleiden in de wereld van mede-eigendom. Zo leer je onze gebouwen, klanten en interne werking stap voor stap grondig kennen.

Als administratieve duizendpoot zorg jij mee voor een vlotte ondersteuning van onze syndici en een correcte opvolging van de gebouwen in beheer:

  • Je bent een vriendelijk en professioneel aanspreekpunt voor mede-eigenaars, bewoners en leveranciers, zowel telefonisch, via mail als face-to-face;
  • Je ondersteunt het team van syndici bij de dagelijkse meldingen en vragen van mede-eigenaars;
  • Je houdt gebouwdossiers up-to-date en zorgt dat documenten correct worden bijgehouden;
  • Je bereidt algemene vergaderingen administratief voor;
  • Je helpt bij de eerste praktische of technische opvolging, zoals het organiseren van dringende herstellingen;
  • Je bewaakt mee deadlines, volgt keuringen op en zorgt dat administratieve taken niet tussen de mazen van het net glippen;
  • Je leert de gebouwen in beheer grondig kennen en groeit zo uit tot een vaste waarde binnen het team.

Dankzij het afwisselende takenpakket krijg je een veelzijdige functie met veel klantencontact en de mogelijkheid om op termijn verder door te groeien richting syndicus-dossierbeheerder.

We zoeken geen expert in mede-eigendom, maar wel iemand met goesting, structuur en een hart voor mensen:

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en professioneel in je contacten;
  • Je werkt graag met en voor mensen;
  • Je werkt ordelijk, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;
  • Je houdt van overzicht en kan goed prioriteiten stellen;
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel;
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om je te verdiepen in mede-eigendom;
  • Je bent sociaal, positief ingesteld en werkt graag in team;
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.

Ervaring in de vastgoedsector of syndicuswereld is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen vereiste. Beschik je over de juiste motivatie, administratieve nauwkeurigheid en zin om bij te leren? Dan investeren wij graag in jouw ontwikkeling.
