Wat ga je doen? Ben jij nauwkeurig, administratief sterk en krijg je energie van het ondersteunen van meerdere afdelingen? Dan zoeken wij jou als tijdelijke versterking van dit leuke team in Raamsdonksveer. Wat ga je doen? Dit bedrijf houdt zich bezig met de levering van auto-onderdelen, accessoires en aftersalesdiensten. Je ondersteunt tijdelijk onze afdelingen B2B, Inkoop en Helpdesk ter vervanging van een collega die wegens ziekte afwezig is. Je stapt in een rijdende trein voor de bekende merken Toyota, Lexus en Suzuki. Jouw rol is cruciaal om ervoor te zorgen dat onze dienstverlening richting klanten en leveranciers vlekkeloos blijft doorlopen gedurende deze periode. Wat worden jouw taken? - Klantstamgegevens vlot beheren en actualiseren voor een feilloze administratie. - Documentatie verzamelen, controleren en archiveren, waaronder belangrijke BTW-bewijsstukken. - Ondersteunen bij het accuraat plaatsen en opvolgen van orders richting diverse leveranciers. - Diverse facturatie- en administratieve werkzaamheden proactief oppakken. - Klanten tijdig voorzien van de juiste documentatie op hun verzoek. - Afwijkingen in bestaande processen direct signaleren en verbeteringen aandragen. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris van € 2.727,00 tot € 3.636,00 bruto per maand; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per km voor de auto en fiets (vanaf 7,5 km) - Een fijne werkplek met volop mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen - Diverse trainingen en elearnings binnen de academy van dit bedrijf.
