Voor een internationaal familiebedrijf in de regio Izegem zoeken we een enthousiaste en nauwkeurige administratieve teamspeler. Dit bedrijf, al tientallen jaren een gevestigde naam in de landbouwsector, ontwerpt en bouwt vanuit verschillende vestigingen innovatieve machines voor grondbewerking.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Dagelijkse opvolging van administratieve taken rond aankoop- en verkooporders, transport en export
  • Verwerking van inkomende verkooporders en ondersteuning bij het beheren van de gezamenlijke mailbox
  • Inschakelen tijdens piekperiodes of bij afwezigheden om de continuïteit te verzekeren
  • Boeken van transporten bij diverse vervoerders, opmaak van facturen en administratieve opvolging van exportzendingen
  • Volledige opvolging van aankooporders, inclusief verwerking van orderbevestigingen en leverbonnen in het ERP-systeem
  • Onderhouden van leverancierscontacten en waken over tijdige leveringen
  • Bachelorsdiploma of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring
  • Passie voor administratie, nauwkeurigheid en flexibiliteit in het schakelen tussen uiteenlopende taken
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, aangevuld met een goede kennis van Frans en Engels voor vlotte communicatie en correcte dossieropvolging
