Als administratief medewerker in Tilburg ondersteun je het team bij het correct verwerken en vastleggen van afspraken met externe providers. Je zorgt ervoor dat gegevens actueel zijn, tarieven juist worden verwerkt en administratieve processen soepel verlopen. Je hebt hierbij veel contact met providers en interne afdelingen. Wat ga je doen? Je controleert of de overeengekomen diensten en tarieven correct door providers zijn verwerkt in de online Interventiewijzer (IW). Ook bewaak je of providers hun tarieven tijdig aanpassen en stuurt hen indien nodig een herinnering. Daarnaast beheert je de inkoopmailbox, ondersteun je bij het opstellen en verwerken van overeenkomsten, houd je het CRM-systeem actueel en signaleer je ontbrekende of onjuiste informatie. Wie ben jij? Je bent nauwkeurig, administratief sterk en vindt het prettig om gestructureerd te werken. Je houdt overzicht over verschillende werkzaamheden en bent communicatief vaardig. Het betreft een tijdelijke functie tot 1 december.
