Administratief medewerker Bedrijfsbureau Apotheek Diakonessenhuis Functie omschrijving Word je blij van structuur aanbrengen en efficiënt organiseren? Bij het Bedrijfsbureau van de Apotheek gebruik je jouw overzicht en aanpak om processen soepel te laten verlopen en de afdeling goed te ondersteunen. Dit ga je doen Als administratief medewerker heb je een belangrijke ondersteunende rol binnen de Apotheek. Je zorgt voor de verwerking van mutaties in de personeelsplanning en houdt overzicht over de dagelijkse bezetting. Daarnaast ondersteun je de Apotheek organisatorisch en administratief. Je beheert agenda's van de afdelingsmanagers, bereidt vergaderingen voor, notuleert en bewaakt de opvolging van actiepunten. Je registreert meldingen in systemen, houdt administraties bij en bent betrokken bij werkzaamheden rondom onboarding en uitdiensttreding. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, seniors en leidinggevenden binnen de Apotheek. Daarnaast heb je regelmatig contact met andere afdelingen in het ziekenhuis, waardoor je een breed netwerk opbouwt. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket - Actueel houden van roosters en verwerken van verlof en roosterwijzigingen. - Voorbereiden van vergaderingen en bijeenkomsten van commissies en opvolgen van actiepunten, zowel binnen de afdeling als ziekenhuisbreed. - Agendabeheer en administratieve ondersteuning voor de afdeling en leidinggevenden. - Registreren en opvolgen van meldingen in de daarvoor bestemde systemen, zoals Topdesk. - Onboarden van nieuwe medewerkers. - Beheren van het apotheekarchief. - Organiseren van praktische zaken op de afdeling, zoals werkoverleggen, trainingen en afdelingsvieringen.
