Ben jij administratief sterk en haal je energie uit contacten met mensen? Werk je nauwkeurig, blijf je rustig in verschillende situaties en wil je graag iets betekenen voor inwoners? Dan ben jij misschien wel onze nieuwe collega bij de dienst Bevolking!

Als frontoffice medewerker bevolking ben jij het gezicht van onze dienstverlening. Je bent vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor inwoners en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich welkom, geholpen en correct geïnformeerd voelen.

Elke dag ontvang je inwoners aan het loket en help je hen verder met uiteenlopende vragen. Je levert identiteitskaarten, Kids-ID's, rijbewijzen en internationale paspoorten af, verwerkt adreswijzigingen en begeleidt inwoners bij hun administratieve aanvragen. Je zorgt voor een vlotte en correcte dienstverlening en verwerkt gegevens nauwkeurig volgens de geldende wetgeving.

Je staat voortdurend in contact met inwoners van alle leeftijden en achtergronden. Dat maakt deze functie bijzonder afwisselend: de ene keer help je een jong gezin met het aanvragen van Kids-ID's, de andere keer begeleid je een inwoner bij een verhuis of de aanvraag van een reisdocument. Je luistert aandachtig, geeft duidelijke uitleg en zoekt binnen de wettelijke mogelijkheden steeds naar een passend antwoord. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte houding, nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin kunnen inwoners rekenen op een professionele en toegankelijke dienstverlening.

Je werkt nauw samen met je directe collega's van bevolking, collega's binnen burgerzaken en andere gemeentelijke diensten om inwoners snel en correct verder te helpen.

Voorwaarden

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma secundair onderwijs
  • Je voldoet aan de algemene aanwervingsvoorwaarden
  • Ervaring in een administratieve en klantgerichte functie is een pluspunt
  • We zoeken vooral iemand die zich herkent in onze verwachtingen: je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig, discreet en communicatief. Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar vindt ook vlot je plaats binnen een team. Je bent bereid om de regelgeving en procedures die bij de functie horen, grondig te leren kennen
  • Onze dienstverlening is er voor onze inwoners, ook buiten de klassieke kantooruren. Daarom werk je volgens een beurtrol regelmatig op zaterdagvoormiddag. Op maandag is er een laatavond opening tot 19u00, waardoor je die dag later werkt. De concrete uurregeling wordt binnen het team afgesproken
