Als Administratief Medewerker Boekhouding ondersteun je het finance team bij de dagelijkse verwerking van facturen, uitgaven en financiële vragen. Je komt terecht in een internationale omgeving waar samenwerking, flexibiliteit en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan.

De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Administratief Medewerker Boekhouding:

  • Verwerken en inboeken van aankoopfacturen voor verschillende juridische entiteiten.
  • Controleren en administratief behandelen van uitgavenstaten van kredietkaarten.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van de algemene finance mailbox.
  • Beantwoorden van finance-gerelateerde vragen van interne collega's.
  • Ondersteunen van het finance team bij verschillende administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • Fungeren als back-up voor het office management.
  • Correct verwerken en structureren van financiële informatie.
  • Bewaken van een nauwkeurige en tijdige administratieve opvolging.
  • Samenwerken met een finance team van negen collega's.

Je komt terecht in een mensgerichte organisatie met verschillende juridische entiteiten en een finance team van negen medewerkers. Een open feedbackcultuur, interne communicatie, samenwerking en persoonlijke ontwikkeling staan er centraal. Wie jij bent als Administratief Medewerker Boekhouding:

  • Hebt affiniteit met cijfers en financiële administratie.
  • Werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Kan logisch en analytisch nadenken.
  • Probleemoplossend ingesteld en zoekt actief naar antwoorden.
  • Blijft overzicht bewaren wanneer er veel informatie tegelijk verwerkt moet worden.
  • Kan goed omgaan met veranderingen en wisselende prioriteiten.
  • Stressbestendig en weet deadlines te bewaken.
  • Werkt graag in teamverband en durft vragen te stellen.
  • Kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Werkt vlot met Microsoft Office, waaronder Excel en Outlook.
