Voor onze klant, een stabiele onderneming in regio Mechelen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker Boekhouding. Je komt terecht in een professionele werkomgeving waar je een belangrijke ondersteunende rol speelt binnen de financiële afdeling.

Jouw takenpakket Je verwerkt en controleert aankoop- en verkoopfacturen. Je boekt financiële verrichtingen en bankuittreksels in. Je beheert inkomende digitale facturen en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking. Je bereidt betalingen voor en volgt betaaltermijnen nauwgezet op. Je ondersteunt het debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer. Je volgt openstaande klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen op. Je verzorgt de facturatie van service- en verkooporders. Je verwerkt administratieve documenten zoals pakbonnen en verzendnota's. Je beheert en actualiseert gegevens van klanten, leveranciers en artikelen in het ERP-systeem. Je ondersteunt bij de maand- en jaarafsluiting. Je stelt eenvoudige rapporteringen en administratieve overzichten op. Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten, leveranciers en collega's met betrekking tot facturen en betalingen. Je denkt actief mee over efficiëntere administratieve processen en draagt bij aan een correcte werking van de financiële afdeling.

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Organisatie & Management of Bedrijfswetenschappen.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een boekhoudkundige functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-systeem. Kennis van SAP is een grote troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent sterk cijfermatig en werkt uiterst nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent discreet, betrouwbaar en gaat vertrouwelijk om met financiële gegevens.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, zelfstandig en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukkere periodes.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio.
