Voor een internationaal familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in kartonnen verpakkingsoplossingen voor fruit en groenten zoeken we een Administratief medewerker boekhouding.

Je zal vooral administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan de financiële afdeling.

Jouw taken zijn ondermeer:

  • Ondersteunen bij het factureren van service- en verkooporders.
  • Vrijgeven van geblokkeerde verkooporders.
  • Beheren van pakbonnen en verzenddocumenten.
  • Administratief verwerken en controleren van facturen.
  • Indien nodig, klanten en/of leveranciers opbellen ivm openstaande bedragen.
  • Beheren van klanten-, leveranciers- en artikelgegevens in het ERP-systeem.
  • Opstellen van administratieve rapporteringen.
  • Controleren, klasseren en digitaal archiveren van financiële documenten.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten, leveranciers en collega's over facturen en betalingen.
  • Actief meedenken over het optimaliseren van administratieve processen.
  • Je beschikt over minimum een A2-diploma, een graduaat/bachelor is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in (financiële) administratie.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem, kennis van SAP is een troef.
  • Goede kennis van Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt een sterk cijfermatig inzicht.
  • Je bent discreet, betrouwbaar, communicatief en klantgericht.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en denkt probleemoplossend.
  • Je hebt het doel voor lange termijn deze functie uit te voeren in een klein en hecht team.
