In een organisatie waar nauwkeurigheid, structuur en klantgerichtheid centraal staan, krijg je een veelzijdige rol die zowel boekhouding als stockageadministratie combineert. Je wordt een belangrijke schakel in het administratieve proces en zorgt ervoor dat financiële gegevens, klantendossiers en opslagcontracten correct en overzichtelijk worden opgevolgd.

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van aankoop‑ en verkoopfacturen.
  • Inboeken van financiële documenten en opvolgen van betalingen en openstaande facturen.
  • Voorbereiden en controleren van betalingen.
  • Verzorgen van de dagelijkse administratieve boekhouding en opvolgen van klanten‑ en leveranciersgegevens.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en overzichtelijke digitale administratie.
  • Werken met Exact Online voor boekhouding en financiële administratie.
  • Administratief opvolgen van nieuwe stockageklanten en opmaak en opvolging van stockagecontracten.
  • Verwerken van klantgegevens en wijzigingen, en opvolgen van start‑ en einddata van stockagecontracten.
  • Administratieve opvolging van bezette en beschikbare opslagruimtes en maandelijkse stockagefacturatie.
  • Controleren van betalingen en opvolgen van achterstallige betalingen.
  • Beantwoorden van administratieve vragen van stockageklanten en zorgen voor correcte documentatie.
  • Signaleren van contracten, betalingen of dossiers die extra opvolging vereisen.
  • Telefonisch en per e‑mail contact met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van verhuis‑, verhuur‑ en stockageactiviteiten.
  • Structuur brengen in documenten, dossiers en processen.
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere en meer digitale administratieve workflows.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd kunnen werken, met verantwoordelijkheid voor administratieve, financiële en exportgerelateerde documenten.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en graag werken met cijfers.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands voor professioneel contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s.
  • Kennis van Exact Online en Microsoft Office.
  • Betrouwbaar, stressbestendig, klantgericht en zelfstandig.
  • Flexibel en in staat om overzicht te bewaren in een dynamische omgeving.
