Voor ons team zijn we op zoek naar een administratief medewerker die nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werkt en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je komt terecht in een gevarieerde functie waarin administratie, opvolging van onderaannemers en ondersteuning bij offertes samenkomen.

  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen Checkinatwork.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van alle nodige documenten en attesten van onderaannemers.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van de administratie rond de onderaannemers.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van contracten met onderaannemers.
  • Opvolgen van de relevante wet- en regelgeving met betrekking tot onderaannemers.
  • Plannen nakijken en hoeveelheden uittellen, voornamelijk met betrekking tot gipsblokken.
  • Op basis van plannen en hoeveelheden offertes opmaken.
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning binnen de onderneming.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en administratief sterk.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid in je dossiers.
  • Je hebt interesse in de bouwsector
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in cijfers en kunt plannen interpreteren.
  • Je bent vlot met administratieve programma’s en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Een goede kennis van het Engels is noodzakelijk.
  • Kennis van het Pools is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met Checkinatwork, onderaannemersadministratie, plannen lezen of offerteopmaak is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
