Je verbindt contractbeheer, opdrachtgevers en monteurs zodat alles soepel en volgens afspraak verloopt. Dit ga je doen: Aannemen en registreren van storingen en lekkagemeldingen; Invoeren van meldingen in het systeem en afspraken inplannen; Voorbereiden en begeleiden van onderhouds- en renovatieopdrachten; Verwerken en controleren van gewerkte uren; Overleggen met accountmanagers en schakelen met monteurs en opdrachtgevers; Dossiers afronden en klaarzetten voor facturatie. Het bedrijf in Ridderkerk werkt aan daken in heel Nederland en zet veiligheid en kwaliteit voorop. Je werkt met fijne collega's en opdrachtgevers en krijgt ruimte om je te ontwikkelen. Je werkt in dagdienst, tussen 7:30 en 17:00, voor 40 uur per week. Wie zoeken wij: Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau en een afgeronde opleiding; Je communiceert duidelijk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; Je bent flexibel en klantgericht en werkt graag samen; Je blijft rustig onder druk en houdt overzicht; Je hebt technisch inzicht en denkt mee met servicemonteurs.
