Als administratief medewerker ben jij de spil in onze financiële en operationele administratie. Je houdt van structuur, schakelt makkelijk tussen taken en hebt een scherp oog voor detail. Jouw taken: - Beheer van inkoop- en verkooporders - Ondersteuning van interne administratieve processen - Inrichten en onderhouden van het digitale archief - Klantcontact en samenwerking met inkoop/verkoop - Rapporteren aan de directie ✅Wat breng jij mee? - MBO/MBO+ werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol - Ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals Exact of ISAH - Sterke skills in Office-programma's - Affiniteit met financiën en het MKB - Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (Duits is een pré) Jij bent: - Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd - Flexibel en klantgericht - Communicatief sterk en een teamspeler Wat bieden wij jou? - Tijdelijk contract van 12 maanden met uitzicht op vast - Marktconform salaris (€3.300 - €3.900 bruto p/m) - 25 vakantiedagen - Reiskostenvergoeding (€0,23/km) - Pensioenregeling - Taaltrainingen (NL/EN/DE) - Mogelijkheid tot (bij)scholing - Werktijden: ma-vr, 08:00 - 16:30 Nieuwsgierig?
