Je krijgt een veelzijdige verantwoordelijkheid waarbij finance, HR en administratie mooi samenkomen:

Je beheert de dagelijkse boekhouding, waaronder debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie, banktransacties en salarisadministratie.

Je verzorgt de maandelijkse financiële rapportages voor het management.

Je staat in voor facturatie en volgt openstaande facturen en projecten nauwgezet op in Odoo.

Je denkt actief mee over digitalisering, automatisering en efficiëntere financiële processen.

Je verzorgt de BTW- en andere verplichte aangiftes.

Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding en afwerking van de jaarrekening in samenwerking met de externe accountant.

Je neemt de HR-administratie voor je rekening, waaronder personeelsdossiers, verzekeringen en polissen.

Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers bij praktische HR- en administratieve vragen.

Je signaleert verbeterpunten en neemt initiatief om de interne werking steeds efficiënter te maken.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van Finance & HR Coördinator te Izegem zoeken we vooral iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen en graag eigenaarschap toont over zijn/haar werk.

Je beschikt over een Graduaat of Bachelor in een economische richting.

Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een financiële functie.

Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en boekhoudsoftware.

Ervaring met Odoo is mooi meegenomen.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en gestructureerd.

Je bent zelfstandig en proactief en wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren.

Je denkt graag mee over optimalisaties en efficiëntere werkmethodes.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Frans en/of Engels zijn een extra troef.
