Voor versterking van ons Supply Chain Team tijdens de implementatie van een nieuw ERP-systeem zijn we op zoek naar een klantgerichte en administratief sterke Administratief Medewerker Chauffeursonthaal & Customer Service.

Het betreft een tijdelijke functie van één jaar waarbij je een belangrijke ondersteunende rol opneemt binnen onze logistieke en customer service processen.

In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en transporteurs die zich aanmelden voor laden en lossen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve documenten correct verwerkt worden en dat chauffeurs snel en efficiënt verder geholpen worden.

Daarnaast ondersteun je het customer service team bij administratieve en commerciële taken. Dankzij jouw

Chauffeursbalie & logistieke ondersteuning

Als centraal aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs zorg jij ervoor dat alle laad- en losactiviteiten administratief vlot verlopen.

Je taken

  • Je ontvangt chauffeurs die zich aanmelden voor laden en lossen.
  • Je controleert, verwerkt en verstrekt de nodige transport- en laad-/losdocumenten.
  • Je verwijst chauffeurs correct door naar de laad- en loslocaties.
  • Je staat in nauw contact met magazijn-, planning- en logistieke collega's.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning aan de logistieke dienst tijdens vakantieperiodes en afwezigheden.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige administratieve verwerking van documenten en gegevens.

Ondersteuning Customer Service

Naast je rol aan de chauffeursbalie ondersteun je het customer service team bij diverse administratieve en commerciële taken.

Je taken

  • Je zorgt voor een correcte input van orders en volgt deze op van A tot Z.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's tijdens vakantieperiodes en afwezigheden.
  • Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales en interne diensten.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met koerierdiensten voor het verzenden van stalen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij facilitaire aankopen en diverse administratieve taken.
  • graduaats of bachelorsdiploma, bij voorkeur in een administratief/commerciële
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een logistieke omgeving met veel dagelijkse contacten met chauffeurs en transporteurs.
  • Je blijft rustig en servicegericht tijdens piekmomenten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van ERP-systeem Navision is een troef.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office (Excel, Word en Outlook).
  • Ervaring binnen logistiek, transport of customer service is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en behulpzaam.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en analytisch.
  • Je bent een teamspeler maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis doorzettingsvermogen.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken.
