Binnen een professionele en klantgerichte omgeving ondersteun je het commerciële en administratieve team. De werking is gestructureerd, met duidelijke processen voor orderbeheer, klantencontact en boekhoudkundige opvolging.

  • Administratieve en commerciële ondersteuning bieden aan klanten.
  • Klantenvragen behandelen via telefoon en e‑mail (geen verkoop).
  • Informatie terugkoppelen naar interne teams en andere afdelingen.
  • Tweede‑lijn telefonie verzorgen voor de site in Waregem.
  • Klantenbestellingen ingeven en verwerken.
  • Het volledige orderproces beheren: ingave, verzending en facturatie.
  • Algemene administratieve taken uitvoeren.
  • Boekhoudkundige ondersteuning bieden.
  • Rappels voor vervallen facturen verzenden en opvolgen via mail en telefoon.
  • Binnenkomende betalingen opvolgen en rapporteren.
  • Cijfers verwerken en aanleveren voor de directie.
  • Werken met Business Central of Exact is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste.
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Communicatief vaardig in contacten met klanten en collega’s.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office, vooral Outlook en Excel.
