  • Je bent het interne aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en onderzoekers voor wat betreft contractregistratie & -beheer.
  • Je staat in voor de registratie van projecten en contracten inzake onderwijs, onderzoek en dienstverlening in de UHasselt contractendatabank.
  • Je staat in voor het administratief opstarten, opvolgen en afhandelen van ondertekeningsprocedures.
  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning bij het voorbereiden van onderzoekscontracten en offertes ten behoeve van overheidsopdrachten, meer bepaald het aanvullen van administratieve gegevens, het opvragen van documenten, het opvolgen van ondertekeningsprocedure, …
  • Je biedt administratieve en logistieke ondersteuning bij interne of externe activiteiten georganiseerd door het team contractregistratie & -beheer.
  • Je rapporteert aan de coördinator contractregistratie & -beheer.

Jouw team

De directie Onderzoek, Bibliotheek, Internationalisering heeft een beleidsvoorbereidende, ondersteunende en uitvoerende rol binnen het onderzoeksbeleid van de Universiteit Hasselt. Het team contractregistratie & -beheer maakt deel uit van de cel Informatiebeheer en Strategische Data-Analyse (IDA) van de directie en staat in voor het administratief beheer van alle overeenkomsten waarbij UHasselt betrokken partij is, zoals onderzoekscontracten, samenwerkingsovereenkomsten en contracten met industriële partners en overheidsinstanties, licentieovereenkomsten, …

Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een administratief medewerker die het team contractregistratie & -beheer kan versterken.

  • Je behaalde een minimaal professionele bachelor (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring), bij voorkeur in een administratieve of juridische richting.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het beheren en registreren van gegevens in databanken en bent bij voorkeur vertrouwd met de organisatie van wetenschappelijk onderzoek.
  • Je stelt je klantgericht en volhardend op, ook onder verhoogde werkdruk. Indien nodig stel je je flexibel op in functie van wijzigende prioriteiten en deadlines.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en efficiënt en weet taken gestructureerd te organiseren met aandacht voor het afleveren van een kwaliteitsvol eindresultaat.
  • Je draagt het contact met (interne en externe) klanten hoog in het vaandel, waarbij je actief op zoek gaat naar de beste oplossing voor de betrokken partijen.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die zich actief inzet om de teamdoelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en op klantvriendelijke wijze in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent ICT-vaardig en leert vlot nieuwe programma’s aan.
