Als vrijetijdsmedewerker ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht aan de vrijetijdsbalie. Je verkoopt tickets, beantwoordt vragen, verzorgt inschrijvingen en helpt bezoekers, verenigingen en leveranciers vlot op weg. Je combineert daarbij warme eerstelijnsservice met een nauwkeurige administratieve aanpak.

Maar je doet méér dan mensen onthalen. Je bent ook het aanspreekpunt voor thema’s zoals zaalverhuur en evenementen en ondersteunt de programmatie, activiteiten en evenementen zowel administratief als praktisch en logistiek. Je begeleidt activiteiten en optredens en zorgt mee dat alles achter de schermen én op de vloer op rolletjes loopt.

Je krijgt bovendien de kans om zelf mee projecten vorm te geven, de UitPAS-werking verder uit te bouwen en mee te werken aan de communicatie van de dienst via website, sociale media en drukwerk.

Kortom: een afwisselende job met veel menselijk contact, waarin je niet alleen uitvoert, maar ook initiatief neemt en mee bouwt aan een bruisend vrijetijdsaanbod.

Van de eerste vraag aan de balie tot het applaus na een voorstelling: jij zorgt mee voor een fijne ervaring.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs: zonder dit document mag je niet deelnemen aan de selectieprocedure
  • Ervaring in een administratieve functie of in publieke dienstverlening is een pluspunt.
  • Affiniteit met de cultuur- en vrijetijdssector of loketwerk is een troef maar geen vereiste.
  • Als Nederlands niet je eerste taal is: we verwachten dat je Nederlands kan lezen, luisteren, spreken en schrijven en dit minstens op niveau B2 'vantage'. Bij aanwerving moet je hiervoor de nodige bewijsstukken kunnen voorleggen.
