Als Administratief Medewerker bij ING in Leeuwarden zorg je ervoor dat aanvragen en wijzigingen rondom zakelijke creditcards correct worden verwerkt. Wat ga je doen? - Je verwerkt uiteenlopende verzoeken van zakelijke klanten, waarbij de focus vooral ligt op nieuwe aanvragen en wijzigingen van zakelijke creditcards, - Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met procesontwikkeling en draagt actief verbetervoorstellen aan. - Je werkt met meerdere systemen en werkstromen, bewaakt voortgang en doorlooptijden en houdt overzicht. - Je draagt bij aan teamafspraken en Agile-rituelen, zoals de stand-up, planningsdialoog en retrospective. - Je houdt je vakkennis permanent actueel en rondt verplichte e-learnings tijdig af. Werktijden - Maandag t/m vrijdag tussen 07.00 en 17.00 uur; - Werktijden worden afgestemd met het team; - Na je inwerkperiode is hybride werken mogelijk, met minimaal één kantoordag per week op de donderdag. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris van € 18,94 bruto per uur; - met een 13e maand en bijdrage individueel sparen kom je uit op € 21,18 bruto per uur; - Een veelzijdige functie van 32 tot 40 uur per week. - Een laptop, headset en beeldscherm om je werk ook vanuit huis goed uit te voeren. - Reiskosten: Eigen vervoer € 0,21 per km (auto) of € 0,30 per km (fiets), max. € 17,- per dag. - OV wordt volledig vergoed. - Een internetvergoeding van € 45,- per maand.
