Daarom zijn we op zoek naar iemand die hieraan een steentje bijdraagt door ons team te komen versterken in de functie van Administratief Medewerker. Jij bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klant, monteurs, planning en collega's op kantoor. Je verwerkt meldingen en opdrachten, houdt de administratie op orde en controleert of werkzaamheden goed en volledig worden afgehandeld. Wat ga je zoal doen? - Je ondersteunt de Servicedesk bij de verwerking van de verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen: service-onderhoud, planning posterwissels, uitvoering schadeherstel en kleine extra werkzaamheden; - Je hebt regelmatig contact met monteurs, servicemedewerkers, collega's, klanten en andere externe contacten; - Je beheert de algemene mailbox en bewaakt de opvolging van vragen en meldingen; - Je neemt meldingen en vragen aan en zorgt dat deze bij de juiste collega terechtkomen; - Je verwerkt opdrachten, mutaties en gegevens in onze systemen; - Je houdt onze database en objectgegevens actueel en helpt actief deze steeds verder te verbeteren; - Je verwerkt en controleert werkzaamheden van voorbereiding, uitvoering tot en met facturatie; - Je signaleert ontbrekende informatie of afwijkingen en je zorgt actief dat deze worden opgelost; - Je ondersteunt bij rapportages over werkzaamheden, productie, kwaliteit en voortgang.
