Administratief Medewerker - 2500 - 3500 - 40 - MBO Trainingen en cursussen Leuke uitjes 40 per week wie ben jij? - Het ontvangen van chauffeurs en beantwoorden van hun vragen. - Het registreren en controleren van binnenkomende transport- en vrachtgegevens. - Het ondersteunen van de inbound planner bij de dagelijkse planning. - Het controleren en verwerken van documenten die bij inkomende zendingen horen. - Het signaleren van afwijkingen en afstemmen hiervan met de betrokken collega's. - Het verzorgen van een correcte administratieve verwerking van binnenkomende goederen. - Het onderhouden van contact met het warehouse over inkomende goederenstromen. wat ga je doen? Als Front Office Medewerker Inbound ondersteun je de planner bij het verwerken van binnenkomende goederenstromen. Je vormt een belangrijke verbinding tussen chauffeurs, de planning en het warehouse. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat informatie en documenten correct en tijdig worden verwerkt. Met jouw werkzaamheden draag je bij aan een efficiënte en georganiseerde afhandeling van de inbound. waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationale organisatie binnen de logistieke sector. Het bedrijf houdt zich bezig met transport, warehousing en het verwerken van goederenstromen. Binnen de organisatie werken verschillende logistieke afdelingen dagelijks nauw met elkaar samen. De werkomgeving is dynamisch en kent gedurende de dag veel verschillende logistieke bewegingen. Je werkt samen met onder andere planners, chauffeurs en medewerkers binnen het warehouse. Door het internationale karakter heb je regelmatig contact met mensen met verschillende achtergronden.
