Je faciliteert het team Dagelijks Onderhoud met diverse technische en administratieve werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudsprocessen soepel verlopen. Jij begrijpt als geen ander dat goede communicatie, een strakke administratie en heldere informatieoverdracht cruciaal zijn voor een efficiënte dienstverlening. Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht kun je storingen en onderhoudsverzoeken snel beoordelen en de juiste vervolgstappen bepalen. Je hebt enige kennis van installatietechniek, bouwkundig onderhoud en woningtechniek, waardoor je weet wat er komt kijken bij reparaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Je kunt je van een rustige dag ineens in een hectisch moment bevinden door het aantal binnenkomende telefoontjes. Vragen over waterlekkages, cv-ketelstoringen, ventilatiesystemen, elektrawerkzaamheden, rioleringsproblemen, hang- en sluitwerk, tegelvervanging of het onderhoud van badkamer- en sanitair zijn jou dan ook niet onbekend. Jij kunt snel inschatten wat de oorzaak van een probleem kan zijn en bepalen of het doorgezet moet worden naar een collega of direct door jou afgehandeld kan worden. Daarbij heb je regelmatig contact met ons klantcontactcentrum en ben jij de tweede lijn voor technische vragen van huurders. Je adviseert over reparatie en onderhoud, stelt technische vragen om de situatie beter te begrijpen en bepaalt welke acties nodig zijn.
