Dit voor een innovatieve en stabiele onderneming in de textielsector in de regio Brugge. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar structuur, efficiëntie en continue verbetering centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Als administratief medewerker data ben jij de schakel die data, administratie en systemen naadloos met elkaar verbindt. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat informatie correct, actueel en bruikbaar blijft. Verder sta je ook in voor:

  • Invoeren, controleren en beheren van gegevens in ERP-systemen.
  • Werken met Excel, draaitabellen, formules en datasets.
  • Structureren en verwerken van product- en artikeldata.
  • Opvolgen en consolideren van teamdeliverables.
  • Ondersteunen van operationele activiteiten binnen het R&D-team.
  • Koppelen en omzetten van productinformatie naar interne systemen.
  • Optimaliseren van workflows en administratieve processen.
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere manieren van werken.
  • Overleggen met collega's en internationale contacten.

Voor deze rol als administratief medewerker data kijken we vooral naar jouw analytisch vermogen, leergierigheid en oog voor detail. Verder kan je je ook vinden in onderstaande:

  • Je hebt net jouw bachelor op zak bvb bedrijfsmanagement, handelswetenschappen of gelijkaardig en kijkt uit naar een eerste werkervaring of hebt al enkele jaren relevante ervaring als master data officer of gelijkaardig.
  • Je werkt graag met administratieve processen en data.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je denkt kritisch na over bestaande processen en durft verbeteringen voor te stellen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je ben digitaal heel sterk en leert snel nieuwe systemen en software aan.
  • Je haalt energie uit het creëren van orde in complexe informatie.
