Voor een innovatieve en groeiende speler zoeken we een master data & customer support specialist. In deze sleutelrol vorm je de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, systemen en interne afdelingen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en oplossingsgerichte aanpak kunnen collega's efficiënt werken en ontvangen klanten de service waarop ze vertrouwen.

Je combineert twee belangrijke domeinen: databeheer en operationele klantenondersteuning. Daardoor krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin je zowel analytisch als communicatief sterk kan zijn.

Master Data & Business Support

  • Aanmaken, beheren en actualiseren van klant-, artikel- en leveranciersgegevens
  • Waken over de kwaliteit, correctheid en uniformiteit van masterdata
  • Uitwerken en onderhouden van procedures rond databeheer
  • Uitvoeren van controles, analyses en rapportages
  • Ondersteunen van collega's bij vragen rond data en systemen
  • Opstarten van nieuwe klanten en registreren van gegevens
  • Meewerken aan ERP-projecten, verbetertrajecten en migraties
  • Beheren van het labelsysteem
  • Documenteren en optimaliseren van interne processen

Customer & Operations Support

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen
  • Back-up bieden aan collega's binnen customer care
  • Klanten informeren over producten, diensten en leveringen
  • Vlot schakelen tussen interne afdelingen en externe contacten
  • Mee zorgen voor een uitstekende dienstverlening en klanttevredenheid

Je houdt ervan om structuur aan te brengen, ziet snel verbanden en hebt oog voor detail zonder het bredere plaatje uit het oog te verliezen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen customer service, administratie of databeheer
  • Affiniteit met ERP-systemen en digitale processen
  • Een sterke kennis van Excel en Microsoft Office
  • Een nauwkeurige en georganiseerde werkstijl
  • Een klantgerichte en ingesteldheid
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken éen vlot samen te werken met collega's
  • Een vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
