Droom jij van een job met veel afwisseling? Ben je communicatief vaardig? Dan is deze job op jouw lijf geschreven! Voor onze vestiging te Turnhout, Schietstandlaan 2, zijn wij op zoek naar een administratief medewerker data entry.

Omschrijving

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van verschillende administratieve werkzaamheden en opdrachten waaronder:

  • Correcte verwerking van de aangeleverde data en bijbehorende administratieve handelingen;
  • Het aannemen van de telefoon en eventueel doorverbinden naar de juiste persoon in de organisatie;
  • Controleren op juistheid en bij onduidelijkheden of onjuistheden schakelen met de dienstdoende collega of indien afwezig de dienstdoende planner;
  • Het toezien op en verzorgen van accurate verwerking van verzendgegevens of ophaalopdrachten;
  • Het controleren van zendingen in het Transport Management Systeem Talis;
  • Controle op binnenkomst definitieve verzendgegevens opdrachtgevers en waar nodig de opdrachtgever attenderen op het uitblijven van deze gegevens;
  • Het in contact staan met klanten en chauffeurs die navraag doen over een (afhaal)opdracht;
  • Het ontvangen van de chauffeurs aan de balie en de papieren, die ze bij zich hebben, zodanig verwerken dat deze op de juiste manier gearchiveerd worden en de meldingen aan de juiste afdelingen worden teruggekoppeld;
  • Het verzorgen van een representatieve ontvangst/begeleiding van bezoekers en het aannemen en op correcte wijze doorverbinden van de (algemene)telefoon.

Vereisten

  • goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • positieve, flexibele en open instelling;
  • vertrouwelijk omgaan met bedrijf -en persoonsgegevens;
  • goede contactuele en communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • kennis van geautomatiseerde systemen en het MS Office pakket;
  • stressbestendig;
  • Je behaalde bij voorkeur een hoger diploma met een eerste werkervaring in een dienstverlenende omgeving.
