Administratief Medewerker 32 - 40 uur per week Tussen €3.000 en €3.100 Per maand Beschrijving Wat je gaat doen Als Administratief Medewerker ondersteun je de dagelijkse administratieve werkzaamheden binnen de vestiging. Je houdt je bezig met het verwerken en beheren van documenten en administratieve gegevens. Je zorgt ervoor dat informatie correct in de systemen staat en dat documenten digitaal beschikbaar en goed terug te vinden zijn. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Invoeren en bijwerken van gegevens in verschillende systemen; - Verwerken en digitaliseren van documenten; - Scannen, controleren en administratief verwerken van informatie; - Controleren en ordenen van administratieve gegevens; - Archiveren en beheren van dossiers en documenten; - Ondersteunen bij overige administratieve werkzaamheden. Wat we je bieden Je komt terecht in een prettige en informele werkomgeving waar nauwkeurig werken en samenwerken belangrijk zijn. Je krijgt een goede inwerkperiode, zodat je de werkzaamheden en systemen snel leert kennen en vervolgens zelfstandig aan de slag kunt. Je kunt rekenen op: - Een bruto maandsalaris van €3.000,- tot €3.100,- op basis van 40 uur; - Een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week; - Een tijdelijke opdracht; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer; - Een goede inwerkperiode en begeleiding om de werkzaamheden snel zelfstandig op te pakken. Functie-eisen Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die secuur werkt, goed met computers overweg kan en het prettig vindt om zelfstandig administratieve werkzaamheden uit te voeren. Jij hebt/bent: - Ervaring met administratieve werkzaamheden of de motivatie om dit snel te leren; - Op korte termijn beschikbaar; - Goede computervaardigheden en het vermogen om met verschillende systemen te werken; - Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkwijze; - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur p...
