Als administratief medewerker DHL Express werk je via ASA Talent in Arnhem in een internationaal team, deels op kantoor en deels vanuit huis, met een startsalaris vanaf €17,74 per uur. Vanuit deze rol kun je doorgroeien richting backline, specialistische klantenservice of andere afdelingen binnen DHL Express, afhankelijk van jouw ambities. Jouw werkzaamheden als administratief medewerker DHL Express: - Dossierbeheer: Je beheert klantdossiers van begin tot eind, verzamelt informatie uit verschillende systemen, bewaakt de voortgang en legt alles nauwkeurig vast, zodat iedere zending goed te volgen en correct af te ronden is. - Klantcommunicatie: Je hebt telefonisch en schriftelijk contact in het Nederlands en Engels, geeft duidelijke statusupdates en legt keuzes helder uit, zodat klanten zich gehoord voelen en precies weten waar ze aan toe zijn. - Zendingonderzoek: Je duikt in track & trace-, CRM- en ticketsystemen om vertragingen of afwijkingen te analyseren en vertaalt je bevindingen naar concrete oplossingen die passen bij de afspraken met de klant. - Samenwerking met afdelingen: Je stemt af met frontline customer service, operations en waar nodig IT, zodat informatie klopt, servicelevels worden gehaald en p...
