Voor een stabiele onderneming in Gent zoeken wij een Administratief Medewerker Dienst na Verkoop. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat klanten ook na hun aankoop kunnen rekenen op een goede service.

Als medewerker op de dienst na verkoop ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten wanneer er na hun aankoop een probleem ontstaat. Je volgt hun dossier van dichtbij op en gaat op zoek naar een passende oplossing.

Je takenpakket

  • Behandelen van klachten en vragen via telefoon en e-mail
  • Opmaken en administratief opvolgen van klantendossiers
  • Opvragen van foto's en andere nodige informatie bij klanten
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers voor de verdere opvolging
  • Samen met de klant zoeken naar een oplossing die zowel klantgericht als commercieel verantwoord is
  • Bestellingen opvolgen en klanten informeren over hun dossier
  • Afwisselend meedraaien aan de kassa, omruilbalie en telefoon
  • Bij drukke momenten sporadisch ondersteunen in de verkoop
  • Minstens een A2-diploma uit een richting waarin talen en administratieve vaardigheden aan bod kwamen
  • Perfecte kennis van het Nederlands, Stevige basiskennis Frans en Engels
  • Klantvriendelijke en servicegerichte ingesteldheid
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om kalm te blijven bij klachten of moeilijke situaties
  • Vlotte mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie
  • Aangename telefoonstem
  • Graag veelvuldig contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
