Wie zoeken we?

Beschik jij over het juiste profiel om dit takenpakket vlot te beheren?

  • Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring binnen douane, logistiek én administratie
  • Je kan vlot werken met Excel (en andere MS Office toepassingen)
  • Ervaring met SAP? Is een sterke troef
  • Ook ben je vlot communicatief in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Bij voorkeur behaalde je een bachelordiploma

Functieomschrijving

Een toonaangevend bedrijf in logistieke dienstverlening zoekt een Administratief medewerker douane om het team te versterken.

Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?

  • Je zorgt dat alle douanedocumenten voor diverse landen volledig en correct zijn – jouw oog voor detail mist niets.
  • Je volgt het volledige administratieve proces rond douane op, van import tot export.
  • Je controleert inkomende douanefacturen en ziet erop toe dat alles voldoet aan de juiste voorschriften.
  • Je ondersteunt de export- en importafdeling door gegevens in te voeren in Excel en draaitabellen te maken – jouw Excel-vaardigheden zijn top!
  • Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor vragen over douaneadministratie en zorgt voor een snelle, duidelijke opvolging.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en draagt bij aan hun continuous improvement-aanpak.
  • Je bewaakt het overzicht en zorgt dat alle administratieve douanetaken vlot en gestructureerd verlopen.
