Voor een internationale logistieke speler in Willebroek zoeken we een administratieve collega die graag nauwkeurig werkt in een omgeving waar transport elke dag in beweging is. Vanuit deze vestiging worden Europese goederenstromen en groupagezendingen opgevolgd. Je werkt dicht bij douane, planning en magazijn en krijgt zo een concreet zicht op het volledige logistieke proces.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen als ADMINISTRATIEF MEDEWERKER DOUANE NL ENG?

In deze tijdelijke functie zorg je ervoor dat dossiers en documenten correct klaarstaan, zodat transporten naar onder meer Zwitserland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk zonder administratieve vertraging kunnen vertrekken.

  • Transport- en douanedocumenten voorbereiden en controleren.
  • Aanmeldingen en administratieve registraties correct verwerken.
  • Vrijgaven van zendingen opvolgen en tijdig actie ondernemen.
  • Afstemmen met het magazijn zodat ladingen volgens planning kunnen vertrekken.
  • Documenten na afloop van de rit correct verwerken en klasseren.
  • De administratieve opvolging van transporten naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk ondersteunen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega’s van douane, planning en magazijn.

Wie ben jij als ADMINISTRATIEF MEDEWERKER DOUANE NL ENG?

Je hoeft nog geen jaren ervaring te hebben.

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ervan dat administratie correct is afgewerkt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
